It's an unprecedented and disturbing sitution when their Representative's pre-election identity is just one big unknown. The voters didn't take the risk knowingly then so they should get a do-over.

It will certainly be a very interesting special election and the seat could be indicative of how 2024 is going, though if Republicans lose then Santos will be blamed rather than the national environment.
