This scenario is unlikely. But I think Hillary would win in the rematch. 2016 was very close. And now that Trump has failed to 'make America great again' and deliver on his promises, and Clinton does not have to swim against the tide of a change election and Republican year, I think she would be the favorite. However, please don't have her run, she is a terrible candidate and she had her chance and blew it.
