I suppose San Francisco, but Urk doesn't sound like an absolutely terrible place. On Wikipedia it says the city has the same birth rate as Utah, which seems bizarre by European standards. I wonder if there used to be a direct pipeline from Urk to God-Awful Sioux County, Iowa.

Yeah I'm starting to think this maybe isn't such a good place. Its not "terrible" in the sense of Utah or Uganda, but I'd steer clear of it.
