The premise of your question is so ridiculous that it isn't worthy of a response.

There's no reason for "red states" to succeed when the American system of government systematically overweights rural/conservative concerns.  If anything, its places like New York and California who would become increasingly disheartened with the American system were Trump to win a second term.

An attempt at California succession is far and away the most likely succession crisis to occur, but still not particularly likely in the short term.
