Both of the polls were deliberately designed to FAVOR the position opposed by the American people!  Despite the loaded and turgid wording, the people made their position abundantly clear.

Yeah, because, obviously, a poll of a few thousand people should determine our policy towards immigrants because of people like you and Tom Tancredo.
