To be more serious, these sorts of laws do raise interesting questions--or could, depending on how sweepingly they're worded. What are we to make, for instance, of "loan" words? And how about phrases that are still considered "foreign," but that have made it into standard English usage (ex post facto, a priori, et cetera, and so on)? Neologisms?
