It should absolutely be eliminated. Yet another department that should have never existed.

Too bad Reagan failed to abolish it.

All government is just force, Philip.  Your caveman clan couldn't have laid claim to its cave without being read to smash in the heads of all the other neanderthals.   Property by definition requires force.

It requires force if someone tries to take it, just like it requires force to protect your body. Both are an example of property, a natural institution.
