EDIT: then again, after reading he proposed to increase taxes, i'd 2nd reference keystonephil.
despite our personal bickering, i know he'd make a better president.

Actually, it is a moderate tax cut for 4/6 brackets.

How about just exempting $20,000 (enough to live on), and then taxing everything else at a flat rate? Then you don't have to worry about helping poor Atlasians.
