Although I don't disapprove of those two things, he also started federal environmentalism.

He did a lot of socialistic things too, like get involved in labor disputes and bust trusts.

It's pretty horrible that people are interested in healthy drinking water now.

It's pretty horrible that Nevada can't pullote all of California's drinking water now.

If there's shared water, they obviously have a common interest in seeing it clean. Much like countries.

Anyway, I disapprove more of federal control of land and such.

Puh. A 5 is way too high. That would put him up there with James Madison, Ronald Reagan, Calvin Coolidge, and Grover Cleveland. I would give him a 3, or maybe a 4 at best.
