As of now, I'm still going to say Barack Obama, as it is still too early to judge his administration.  I think we'll be able to tell a lot more in 2011 in the aftermath of the 2010 Mid-Terms, when there will likely be a lot more Republicans, if not a majority GOP in either or both chambers.
