I think most of the deep south put Clinton ahead of Sanders on that question.

How come numbers I've seen has Bernie highly yes on trustworthy and Hillary very low on trustworthiness?

Michigan is showing that Bernie is only doing as bad as the corporate media says he is.

His lead is shrinking in Michigan. Not good.

Let her have Mississippi. If Bernie gets Michigan it's an upset.

If Sanders wins Michigan, something funny is up. That really does not seem possible.

It means miracles exist and magic is in the air.

Even though he lost, Sanders did pretty well in Michigan.  Could spin it into a positive story, considering how out there the polls were.

He's only lost when he's lost.

I think Bernie takes this, even if the margin narrows.

Congrats to him and his supporters. One of the biggest upsets in political history. Pure craziness. He still has an extremely large uphill climb (even now, he's going to fall even further behind in delegates), but he won a state he needed to win and lives to fight another day.

I'm off to go take a drink. Wink

This might help his momentum.

People said Bernie could only win caucuses. He could only win small states. Tonight will be a big statement.

I'll give you that. But can he do it again in a week?

Why not? Hasn't he defied expectations as it is?

He has, clearly, it s a good night for him. At the same time, Hillary won OH, TX, and PA late in 08. Was a big story for weeks. lots of momentum. Didn't matter long run.

Bernie has gotten a lot of black support tonight, which could help.

You think CNN would talk about Bernie? Nope. Still in the Hillary tank.

If Bernie gets inaugurated then the press will start to speculate if Hillary should pull a Ted Kennedy on Sanders in 2020.

Who knows if he'll get the nomination? Who knows how many states next week?

What I do know, and so should the rest of you, is that this isn't an Anti-Hillary movement. Bernie is for real and at this moment he has to be taken seriously. No state is safe for Clinton next week because the polls are not everything.

Don't get carried away now. If Mississippi was voting on the 15th rather than tonight, would the outcome there suddenly be in question?

Not necessarily, but I think we're seeing a trend in which Bernie can carry states other than the Deep South. Don't forget the states next week have a much better chance of going blue in November.
