I'm in favor of licensed brothels in approving counties whose states have already passed legislation.  There needs to be restrictions from allowing crack whores to cut prices at the street corners though and it should be punished by the law.

So in other words it has to do with profit for you?

I think you're saying people shouldn't pick up prostitutes off the streets and they shouldn't what they want, in which I disagree.

So you think prostitutes should be licensed then like it were a profession.

I don't agree. I think people off the street should pay for random sex as long as it's consensual.

That's pretty libertarian of you, but then you run into the fact they might be interfering with others' rights who wish to walk down the street without being bothered by prostitutes or solicitors.  In fact for you to get your way on this you'd have to overturn many state laws prohibiting solicitation and loitering.

I think as long as it's transpiring on public property I would be okay with it.

I'm very liberal when it comes to prostitution laws (don't much care for the practice, but I'm not one of those assholes (more than 90% of the population I'd guess) that likes to ban things they don't like), but letting people hook on public property is just silly.  Maybe, MAYBE, with a license/permit/whatever, like anybody else that sells something on public property.  I'm assuming that's how it works, you can't just set up a lemonade stand at the park can you?  And if you can't sell watches, you can't sell sex either.

Public property like street corners and intersections and they can wear certain outfits to let potential customers know they are for hire.

I fully support prostitution legalization, of course, conditions have to be put down. I think the safety of the worker should definitely be an issue (STD's, pimping, abusive customers). We also need to set limits, like licensing to "qualify" you. Also, cannot be on public property, this is highly personal as I would rather not see any blowie-joeys in the park. I would never partake in this, but y'know it's going to happen whether you like it or not and so make it the best you can.

By public property, I mean talking the business side and the hiring. I don't support the sexual acts in public.

You can sell sunglasses if you're not soliciting the public.
