Seriously.
This is what I would do. Feel free to steal my multi-million dollar plan.
Get permission to make a TV show focussed purely on elderly Chinese women importing illegal food stuffs from China.
Chinese women always play dumb and hope no one notices. But when the food is confiscated, they slowly lose their sh**t.
Bruding resentment festering in the airport terminal can erupt in a semi-traumatic outburst which the audience love in an and equal and opposite manner to the pain they are experiencing.
Then to top it off, the $200 fine has to be paid for being dishonest on the immigration card for undeclared goods.
Watching a Chinese women refusing to stump up $200 is A-grade TV.
