If both Democrats carry this election, it might lend more credence to the general observation on southern states in the modern day alignment. If they flip D, they don't come back.

Large chunks of metro ATL and Savannah are still out. Most of Republican areas are almost done. It's the same pattern as November, but the margin won't be quite as close.

Still tens of thousands of votes left in the greater ATL Metro. That pretty much wraps up both races.
