I would like to have words with those people who think Trump has committed a crime as a president and don't want him impeached.

I'd bet it would go something like: "yeah, he committed crimes as a President, but it's too close to election season.  Let's vote him out at the ballot box."

That's so terrible, but it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Just wait to you see USA Today’s general election polls....

A lot of red showing up now. As the general election nears, this will tighten in favor of Trump. Happy Days!

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/general_election/
Oh good grief how many times do we have to go through this bit of Trump approval go up a tick and we get subjected to hot takes about how they’ll keep going up?

Just ignore them. They will always ignore polls when they don't like them and then come back to say the same things when they do.

Approval is up a lot right now, especially among registered voters. That poll by ABC/WashPost has him at 47/50.

It's a 279 EC race due to fact Trump approvals have not cratered since the Coronavirus have started, since there are no deaths. There have polls showing that there is a rally around the flag effect going on.  Biden still has Ukraine scandal and there hasnt been no negative ads by either camp. Trump exploited Hilary's negatives and the polls reflected by the Democracy D internal Biden +3 to 4 says its gonna get close. This I'd the se lead Hilary had going into 2016, which she under polled and won PVI due to Comey letter by 1

How do you do this?

Because the same electorate is gonna come out in 2020 that came out in 2016. Hilary lost due to Walker's high approvals in WI, which is the tipping point race. Dems have replaced WI, MI with D govs and they all have 50 percent approvals.  Gary Johnson was the spoiler and took 3 percent from Hilary in the Midwest

You are a gift.

PPP isn't a good pollster and is the only pollster showing Trump approval stagnant or declining with coronavirus, other pollsters have him going up

Meh. All the polls showed Hillary winning too.
Wouldn't that imply that polls are further underestimating Trump, though?

Gotta love all the hot takes of polls being conducted 8 months before the election.

Trump isnt winning reelection unless he allows testing and open up businesses in the right way. It is ridiculous that Libraries and movies and salons are still closed.

Stadiums and sports and schools and bars should remain closed

Why would schools stay closed while movie theaters open? It makes no sense.

Little in this country ever does.

There is no excuse why saloons are closed this long, there is no way you will catch a flu bug by doing someone's hair.  If that was the case, barbers would have died already. Nails and  Tattoos yes. Also, Libraries should be open, everyone dont have access to computers

lmao

Trump's steady rise in the polls continues.

Economist/YouGov 47 (46)
CNN 46 (44)
TheHill 51 (50)
Reuters 45 (43)

Reuters/Ipsos has Trump at 41. YouGov had his net approval higher last week. CNN's is basically the same as it was last time around. Hill is junk.

Beet should probably get his facts straight before posting.

As expected Biden is now pulling away since Amash has dropped out

It's literally been a day....do you even pay attention to what you say?

It’s annoying when you mute a terrible poster but still have to read all his posts because someone always takes the bait and replies.

Use super ignore. One of the best features that was recently added to the forum.

Note: I personally love OC's posts, lol.

Øptimus Coronavirus tracker (twice weekly), May 30-June 6, 891 adults including 787 LV

Adults:

Approve 35 (-2)
Disapprove 65 (+2)

Strongly approve 18 (-1)
Strongly disapprove 44 (+1)

LV:

Disapprove 56 (+1)

The 35/65 approval among adults is the worst I've seen for Trump in a very long time.

Has it ever even been that high?

Where are the good polls coming from? The ones pushing Trump up on RCP and 538.

One from Rass and that IBD poll, but they're both pre-diagnosis.
