What are the odds Warner gets primaried if he runs in 2020?  Very low?

I cast a vote for Warner on my first ever ballot in 2008 (splitting the ticket with McCain back in my shameful "social liberal, fiscal conservative" days).

Would much, much rather have him in the Senate than Macaca or Gillespie.

But
1) his type of centrism - whoring out to corporations, cutting entitlements, etc - is the wrong kind, and is horrifying
2) the way he made his fortune is so crooked and a sign of what is wrong with American politics
3) ideally he would retire or be primaried in 2020

Back when I was a young conservative in SWVA elementary school parroting my dad, we used to call Warner "Governor Palpatine" because he was a democrat who won and had pock marks.  I still agree with the moniker, but for a different reason now.

Reason #1 why Mark Warner is an HP: He is one of the biggest promoter of electronic medical records, i.e. a major driver of wasteful healthcare spending and the reason why your doctor spends most of his visit time with you on his or her computer instead of treating you. Billions of federal dollars have gone toward subsidizing faulty systems that do little or nothing to improve quality of care but a great deal to enrich tech investors and keep substandard software developers employed and well-compensated.

Wait, what?!?

I wouldn't be shocked to find out that many types of medical software are grifty, useless industries and Warner is behind them, but isn't generally speaking the lack of coordination and standardization between healthcare providers - the lack of teamwork a la NHS - one big reason why American healthcare sucks so much?  And wouldn't more easily transferable electronic records help alleviate this type of problem?
