Rubio if he can pass himself off as a moderate even though he's not, or Kasich if he can keep focus off the positions where he's more extreme, like abortion or regulation. Whichever one gets the nomination would absolutely NEED the other on his ticket. Rubio would be a better headliner because he's younger, but really either will do. If they present a moderate front a lot of independents and some Democrats who dislike Clinton will get on their side.
