Yes.

I think the more pressing question would be, can you determine each state's electoral votes from a blank map. From memory:
CT: 6
SC: 7
MS: 5
TN: 10
KY: 7
OH: 17
IL: 19
WA: 13

You call yourself an Atlas poster?
