Biden's performance is going down dramatically. There was a noticeable dropoff after the immigration protestors interupted him, and he hasn't recovered.

Can we stop the "Biden is doing amazing!" takes? Just because he got an F last time and is getting a D+ this time does not mean he is winning the debate.
