According to this law, now that the thread is closed all Northern officeholders will decide what names to appear on the ballot.

In my premise of citizen involvement, I'd like to also make a few suggestions based on what had the support of more than one citizen in the original thread.

Lincoln (endorsed by 5)
Huron (endorsed by 2, criticized by 1)
Franklin (endorsed by 5)
Atlantic, Union, Atlantic Union (endorsed by 3, criticized by 1)
Superior (endorsed by 2, criticized by 1)
Erie (endorsed by 3, criticized by 1)
Winterfell (endorsed by 2)

Any generic show of support was considered an endorsement. Any generic show of disagreement was counted as a criticism. Correct me if I miscounted, but I think this gives some idea of what the citizens want and not just the Assembly, which is what I'm going for with this bill.
