My point is that someone claimed people whose ancestors came from "communist" countries would be offended by a person wearing a shirt with a hammer and sickle on it, and I was debunking their statement.

I won't even wear a tie to a job interview.

Back when I worked at the library they said never EVER[/i] wear a tie.
