There is debate over the nature of antisemitism and how it relates to Israel. Option one is for those who believe that one can be anti-semitic by opposing Israel and that no other evidence is necessary to make this judgement of character. If you select option two be prepared to point out evidence that has nothing to do with Israel in the slightest.
There's no option for people who believe that one can be anti-Israel in ways that aren't anti-Semitic or also in ways that are.

happily surprised to see less of a debate on this than I thought. I was being all neutral because I thought this was hot button but we've yet to see any disagreement against him lacking prejudice against Jews.
