Opinion of Tennessee

I would rate it higher than many of it's neighbors, such as KY (higher poverty rate, east KY is one of the poorest parts of the country), MS, AL (both seem more backward and humid), and possibly AR (don't know much about AR though, but I keep seeing pictures of litter when I look it up).
