Honestly I think this helps Clinton.  It's showing people the consequences of the road Trump wants to take America down.  The worse the economy gets, especially in the UK, and the more news coverage the negative fallout gets, the more afraid people will get as American public opinion overwhelmingly turns against Brexit.  Clinton can then run ads juxtaposing her being against it with Trump being for it.
