I had the same thought yesterday.

So did I.

Moore Capito is sufficiently moderate to be undefeatable. I suspect Justice is more likely to run for the other seat in 2024.

She isn't "sufficiently moderate" to be undefeatable; she's just a decent fit for West Virginia.

Her personality might be, but a libertarian moderate seems the exact opposite of most WV moderates.

Moore Capito has a mixed record on abortion and SSM, while she is pretty right wing fiscally. That's a libertarian moderate to me.
