And I have been called up to work for the Atlasian Army.  I don't want to be here, but I have to be.  I really wish you guys would come back to the union.  We might not have a clear winner on your senate race or our presidential race, but we can figure things out.  Because you've suceeded, you already have attention and I'm sure whomever our new president is, they'd be happy to help work out what differences you may have.  Please come back, even if you don't want to, I personally want a happy country-and so does this kitten

Well, I see those who steal the land of my people as the enemy.  And Verin, no Somaliland is not our enemy but the success West Atlasia achieved by being recognized as a nation is our enemy's success.

Well, obviously their greivances have escalated so high that they feel they need to do something desperate to be heard.  In any case, we should hear them out before being hostile to them.

Well, thankfully four of those states that I thought were aren't really seceeding.  I got some bad intelligence.  BAD!  BAD INTELLIGENCE!

Please Mr. BRTD, I request that you do not attack the midwest.  We must understand that they have not hurt anybody, and it pains me to be a libertarian in a situation against a libertarian controlled territory.  Perhaps you could help in negotiations--if they come back to the union, 30% of strip club capital will go to help the midwesterners-or something like that...

Either way, in order to establish a less hostile environment I have dismissed 60% of my troops, and 30% are on call.  Only 10% are still guarding the border, but they share my sentiment that we can work this out peacefully.

In addition TROLL (Texas Reformation of Liberties Legion) led by Killerpollo has been called back from aiding my military.

In that case we shall agree to a cease-fire, but our forces will set up camps along the border, and will not tolerate any forces from the Midwest moving into Minnesota. We also demand that they remove all current strip club regulations and will attack if any strip clubs are closed down by the forces. Now after being under much stress I must wind down and go get some R & R with one of my female guerillas.

BRTD, we will not enter Minnesota.  None of the midwestern rebels are in states bordering Minnesota so it wouldn't be worth my time to try.  Even if strategically they tried to spite me by moving to another state, I can still access any state without going through Minnesota.  I really hope it doesn't get that bad though.  Midwest, once again I must say that I really want you guys to rejoin, but if you need anything, I'll be there to help out-especially with helping with negotiations...

The Midwest has NO intentions of invading any other states, even neighbouring ones.
