Happy election day everyone. Unfortunately my plan to work through today to make the time go by fell through, as I am home sick. Hopefully it's just a cold, which is what my gut is telling me. I'm awaiting results of a COVID test. I'm glad I voted early this year!

Best of luck everyone. I won't be on too much because I'm going to be on FB/Twitter mostly.

See you in a bit.

Jesus, what wasteland of Atlas did I wake up to?

By the way, huge props to whomever is responsible for keeping the site up.

On a personal note: just wanted to check in and make sure everybody is doing okay -- and I mean *everybody*.

It's a super stressful time for all of us.  I'll repeat what I said before: if you're feeling physically ill, if you feel yourself panicking, if you didn't get enough sleep last night -- it's okay to turn off the TV, get away from your computer/phone screen, and go for a walk, take a nap, or just try your best to focus on other work.

I'm not trained by any means, but if anybody needs to vent or you just want to chat to blow off steam, my inbox is always open.

Please take care of yourselves, guys.

Hope you're doing well. Thank you for being consistently kind and informative. And thanks for wishing me well yesterday. I'm home from work again because they are holding me out until I get my COVID result which hopefully will be today.

Is the AP and NYT factoring in RCV in their vote totals for the ME Senate race or does that happen later?

Won't matter if Collins gets 50%. Right now, I think she's likely to hit that.

I just told my brother that I'm not "Fall off my chair" shocked about Collins winning, but I am a little surprised that it didn't even go to rank choice.

This is concerning.

Care to clarify? I'm not following.

Is there any indication of why AP and Fox News were confident in calling AZ for Biden?

Why was I unaware the PA Lt. Governor is a literal giant? Dude looks like he could end all of this by just eating Trump

He lost a ton of weight recently. I wish he got the nod for senator in 2016. he would have crushed Toomey.

Think he'll throw his hat in the ring for 2022?

I don't know much about PA but I think the thought is that he will run for some form of statewide office, either Governor or Senate.

Big legal fight coming folks. AZ is likely to go to Trump.

Maybe, but AZ will be irrelevant if Biden wins GA and PA like he's on track to do.
Trump has got a second term. His supporters should be thanking Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh.

You really didn't need to post this like 3 times in 3 minutes.
