I agree with these statements, mostly:


It seems to me that it's mostly by geography: southerners tend to like winter and fall, while northerners tend to like summer.

I like the Austrian climate with its extremes so much more than the boring, "moderate hero" Dutch sea climate.

Let me just say, I love the concept of climates being "moderate hero." I wonder what a libertarian, conservative, liberal, or socialist climate would be like? A fascist one would be really bad, I presume.

Is cold weather more socially conservative, while warm weather is more fiscally conservative?

Maybe. Perhaps rainy weather is more fiscally left-of-center?
