Not death. I'm against the death penalty--the government has no right to end a person's life, nor do they have the right to determine who deserves to die in the first place.

This is an instant where I have to support the death penalty.

Just curious, but seeing your party affiliation, I can't help but ask why you aren't against the death penalty in all cases?

I think that part of minimizing the government is taking away their power in all facets. Just as how I'm in favor of *all* free speech no matter how horrendous or offensive it may be, because those are subjective terms and that can be easily used to silence opposition, I'm against *all* case of the death penalty because who "deserves" death is often very, very tricky and it opens the door to all sorts of tyranny.
