The real race is going to be the likely Republican primary battle between Lt. Governor Win Rockefeller and Asa Hutchinson.  If Clark dosen't run I think the Democratic nominee will be At. General Mike Beebe, because Mike Ross the very popular congressman, has decided to not run for Governor.
