I think it's only fair that I should be able to tell someone not to call me anymore, but there are so many telemarketers they can't all know you don't want to be called by them.  I think it helps both me (because I don't wish to be called by them) and the telemarketers (so they don't waste their time on people who don't want to be called.)

Also, I can't understand why you are so worried about me being a "real" libertarian or not.

I have no desire to help the poor.
