Less of course. But the socialist left thinks the answer is more.

Liberalism and Communism are very different. I am sorry if my unselfish beliefs make you think I want to impose an authoritarian dictatorship. I would much rather prefer a system where the selfish are allowed to hoard their earnings while the unselfish can give to the poor. Of course that's what we have now, and it seems there are a lot more selfish than unselfish. Sure, people give a little bit of money to some charity once a year, just to feel better about themselves and that's great, at least they do that.

Taxes aren't authoritarian, they're providing for the good of your country. Unless the leaders of the country overtax,  abuse the system and hoard all of the money for themselves and spend it carelessly like the Soviet's did. You obviously need regulation on taxes.

If you believe that liberals want to impose a dictatorship on this country, you are severely disallusioned. That's exactly why we fight for the civil liberties of all Americans and the civil rights for all. Better than your fascist, upper class dominant society. Down with fascism. Of course you think Democracy is a joke, so I don't see how you can call liberals Soviet Communists
