If the Republican candidate actually stood in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shot someone (and, even then, it would be close).  Maybe if he then flew to Wyoming.

Actually, in post-Walker Wisconsin, you would have a good shot, since you could appeal both to the WOW Counties and the rural areas.
