Sets a whole load of sh**tty precedent. They should've just found another nominee. Now this is REALLY a stolen seat.

Another nominee?  Why, so they could be filibustered too?

I thought the Democrats were pretty clear with the "find another nominee that everyone can be happy about, we'll help!" language, that this guy was not hot stuff to them.
