Except the Supreme Court didn’t order Texas to do anything. They just gave the permission for the federal government to remove the fence if they wanted , and the federal government just ended up backing down
Exactly. The feds had the right to take down the fence. Texas has authority to put up a fence, DC has the authority to take it down.
