Either

1. Michigan Senator Gary Peters wins all 50 states

or

2. Comfortable Biden EC/PV win with only a few reports of VBM issues -- Biden +8 in the PV, 2016 + NE-02 + AZ + PA + FL + MI + WI + GA (closest states are NC, TX, GA).
