I don't like a Rothschild banker becoming President of the United States. Or someone who said my country doesn't have a culture. Just a thought...

Also the correct quote was "Il n'y a pas de culture Française, Il n'y a pas une culture française, il y a une culture en France et elle est diverse."
Translates to: "There is not a French culture, there isn't a single French culture. There's a French culture, and it is diverse."

Which is accurate; there is no single French culture, because the cultures of different regions and ethnicity of France are all slightly different. There are similarities that make them all French, but ask a Breton and a Niçois about their cultures, and you'll find lots of differences. Le Pen sought to draw a distinction between a "French" culture and a "foreign/Muslim" culture in order to drive a wedge between France's Muslim citizens and its non-Muslim, white majority. It was racist and dangerous; France has had Muslim citizens for a very very long time, and they are just as French as any white French person, likewise with French from Africa or the Caribbean.

P.S. If Le Pen didn't want any Muslims in France, right-wingers like herself and her party never should have supported colonialism, which is the cause of so many nonwhite French living in France in the first place.
