Does anyone else notice that it seems the most west you go the better it's getting for Biden relatively speaking.

2018?
For 2020, he doesn't appear to be running behind his polling in the western parts of the country.

What's crazy is that Biden still ahead in El Dorado County and Ada County.

Trump really is underperforming Kemp. This is going to be close.

Disappointed in Oconee results. A pretty good but small swing for Biden in wealthy retirement communities like Greene County and Glynn county.

I had a good feeling about Ada County, ID since I'm from there. There were lots of Biden bumper stickers and BLM signs all over Boise, and it's been growing like crazy the last four years. It's similar to Deschutes County, OR. Kind of funny that it probably voted to the left of Oklahoma County, which was much more hyped up on Atlas.

It will seem the current political divide is based on places that are doing well and places that are not.

Trump is at 67% in Forsyth County, Georgia. Kemp got 70% there.

68% in Cherokee county. Kemp got 72%.

Floyd and Columbia's counties are above 80% in GA. Also, Dougherty county is less than 50% reporting.

...ok, but imagine Georgia right now if Stacey Abrams had actually been the VP pick.

Wouldn't have changed much. She's lost some goodwill around here since 2018. It's all about KLB now.

Yes 2024 KLB/Sen. Padilla or Lujan?

I'm more shocked about the house races tbh. It's almost as if the blue wave of 2018 didn't happen - where did all of those voters go? It's like they were mad and put Dems in charge and then totally reversed.

Or even Graham winning by 12 and Trump winning in South Carolina *more* than 2016? Like how?

I feel like rural black voters shifted R a lot more than urban/suburban black voters but gonna have to wait until precinct level maps are out to see. Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head are gaining lots of white olds who did not trend Biden as much as expected. Also Greenville-Spartanburg is a popular destination for those who want to move to the south but are also conservative, very different from Atlanta or Charlotte.

The margin should come down since not much out of Richland county.

I think a lot of people got scared at Biden polling lead and started split ticketing.

Cook County MN is weird,  voted 56% Clinton and now voting 65% Biden, despite not having anything that really resembles a Dem trending area.   wtf

Or that he is losing Rockland and Nassau but still ahead in Monmouth and Hunterdon.

Trump barely won Oklahoma County, 49.2%-48.1%.

So close to breaking the GOP all-county sweep that they have done since 2004. I think by 2024 we can finally break it.

If the Democratic nominee manages to win in 2024, Democrats could break the all-county sweeps in both Oklahoma and West Virginia. Monongalia County was within 2 points.

Has anyone ever compiled out (major) college town counties vote?  Obviously, the vast majority would go for Democrats, but it would be interesting to see the ones that don't.  (Depending on your definition of "major," I know Bloomington, IL's McLean County was usually one.)

Yes, because I'm still trying to figure out how Tippecanoe votes to the left of St Joseph.

Can someone explain to me wtf happened in Minnesota? Looks like Biden trounced Trump yet the GOP held the state senate. Why are Americans like this

I believe a lot of people got scared prior to the election about a potential Biden blowout and began split ticketing down-ballot.
