I actually know quite a few people who would be this type of voter lol. Basically they are conservative immigrants who moved here in the 1990s and supported the Democrats cause they liked Bill Clinton and then viewed Bush to be terrible so disliked the GOP.

Since 2016, the Clintons and Bushes have lost power over their parties so they started voting more to their ideological beliefs
