Racist, maybe not. The man that thinks he's going to do better than Obama on race relations by taxing wall street and stopping black kids from hanging out on street corners is racially dismissive, yes.
Obama has been pretty terrible among race relations by doing nothing to help the income gap and poverty gap. Also in that quote he's talking about low income black unemployment which is terrible. He wants to help fix that and help more of them get a good paying job....how you find that somehow racial blows my mind.
