Moving to Norway would be more difficult, but it's the better place to live by far. It may be hard to find someone of my ethnicity, but I'm kinda white on the inside so I'd adjust.
Edit: how is Norway bad weather compared to TN? TN has a continental climate so severe cold can still happen like it did this year. Is it because of the cool summers/cloudiness? I tend to like those aspects of oceanic climates so that would be a good thing to me, at least.
