The Democratic team is too conservative for many Democrats to bother wanting to show up.

Not to mention Casey Sr is almost 2 years out of the governorship and I believe fighting a serious illness (a fight which he ultimately loses).

Well, he ran for the Reform Party nomination in 1996.. without Perot I don't see why he wouldn't get it.

Without Perot and his millions, the Reform Party is not relevant.
