Vile person, but I guess I might just take finance minister Paulo Guedes over 4 years of PT.
Not worth it. That's what people have said for other vaguely right wing authoritarians, and it NEVER ends well. Just accept the insane pensions and wait 4 years for Brazil's Macron.
Trying too hard, bro.
What is so unreasonable? I mean, it's a bit optimistic, but Brazil's economy is terrible because of PT's insane economic constraints. If Bolsonario loses and Haddad's presidency is terrible, they could absolutely turn towards a Silva or Alckmin. Regardless, a Bolsonario presidency is a non-starter.
Umm, Temer has been leading a pretty radical right wing agenda for the last 2 years... and the emerging markets as a whole are experiencing a down turn. Unless you think the recessions in South Africa and Turkey are also the PT's fault?
And Brazil tried neoliberalism in the 1980s. It didn't work
