Why do they announce a winner with only 1% of the precincts in again?

Already far more voters in this primary than the NV caucus. I've heard on the net that the total number of voters may exceed 650,000. I know that SC is far more populous than NV, but dayum.

Carson may be dead last, but at least he got more objective votes than Clinton did in NV tonight.

What the heck are you talking about? Clinton got nearly 45000 votes.

Wait, are they compressing the votes again like in Iowa?

Yeah, they are displaying delegates. You know, caucus and all. Are you even a member of this forum? I'm French and know this.

So... is nobody actually dropping out?
If so, then Rubio gains absolutely nothing from his 3rd place "victory".

He gains the continued cult worship he sees in the media. Bunch of robosexuals.

It will de facto be Kasich. Rubio's too conservative compared to him and Jeb felt betrayed by his protege. Serves him right I say.

If Rubio gets 3-5-2 rather than 3-5-3, how is that honestly any better?

Rubio slips back to a slight 3rd and loses Richland County according to NY Times.
