I know most militant libertarians are quite proud to be in neither party, but the answer - when you look at what both parties actually want - is clearly the Democrats.  Yes, there are some fundamentalists and interventionists in the GOP; so what?  1) They're becoming less and less prominent in the party, and 2) I think they all at least kind of know they'll never get all that SoCon stuff they want (i.e., they'll eventually just be falling right in line with most other libertarian goals).
