San Francisco, 85% D
Alameda, 79% D
Marin, 78% D
San Mateo, 76% D
Santa Cruz, 75% D

Lassen, 73% R
Modoc, 72% R
Shasta, 66% R
Tehama, 66% R
Glenn 62% R

So basically, The Bay Area and Dixie North (which used to be in unison against SoCal before Reagan came along)
