Very unfavorable for libertarians, slightly favorable to Greens even if they are laughably ineffective on the National level[Stein being the icing on the cake for that part].

California Greens put up an effective mayoral candidate for San Francisco mayor who would've been lightyears ahead of who we actually got in 2003. Also made Arcata a pretty sweet place to live.
