Sixty-two percent (62%) of American voters believe so.

I'd bet that this number isn't too far off from the amount of Americans that oppose gay marriage.

And all people face exactly the same marriage requirements - having a partner of the opposite sex.

Then what's wrong with a requirement that you have a partner of the same race?
