He doesn't own it anymore because he failed spectacularly at the casino business. It's not really a defense of him to say that his abject failure is displaced in time from this particular abject failure. Also, it's got his name on it, as has been noted.

You're right. This has the stink of failure, but nothing compared to how badly he's going to get beaten in November.
