Bill Nelson vs Rick Scott is often referred to as the "spookiest Senate race of 2018" because of both candidates having an unfortunate appearance. In one corner we have Bill Nelson who looks like a wax figure that has been left under a hot lamp for too long. On the other hand, Rick Scott doesn't quite seem to be 100% human. So in the spirit of Halloween, who is creepier?
